Why Are Gas Prices So High?

Why do so many people think the world is ending, because of a possible recession and high gas prices?

These things happen all the time, maybe every 5 or 10 years, just relax and wait for it to pass.

1. I think we've just become so spoiled. How many people really understand what hard times are really about? Honestly I don't.

5. i think the world is ending because of everything going on around us. if you read the Bible (that was written thousands of years ago) you will see that everything it says about the end time is coming true. gayness, not as many God-frearin people, tecno.boom(this as you can see deff. has happened) and many other things. the world is ending. Jesus is coming. this is true. nothing can stop it. ask God in your heart and have no fear of the end cause eternity with him can be as easy as asking him into your heart
6. omg the dude above me is ridiculous. i am a christain and that is just ridiculous im sorry. look back into history, so many bad things have happened in the past just like it is now. like when america went through the depression...this is just another depression. just because ther are high gas prices doesnt mean the world is fuking ending. we can still survive without gas, we'll just have to go back to the carriages and horses...people back in the day did it so we can too. that prbly not going to happen though. prices always change and things always go up. just like the min. wage will somtimes go down or up or prices of clothes, etc. its apart of our economy and how the world changes. yes jesus is going to come back to earth someday, but it doesnt necessarily mean its going to happen right now.
7. Because we've gotten badly SPOILED over the Years- & the Reality of "pulling in ones Belt" without actually having to DIET- is frighting to Us!!! NOT to worry... -Things should begin to Pick Up, after the Election... :)
