Why Are Gas Prices So High?

Are gas prices going to go down any time in the near future?

$50.00 a tank .Everyone is going to stay home and it will mean we will spend less in the stores.

9. Maybe slightly as oil futures are trickling down. But as summer approaches, consumption rises and summer formulation rules kick in, prices will likely rise. Oil futures may begin rising again too. We may well see over $4 (US) for a gallon of gasoline. In Chicago premium is just pennies under $4. Worse is diesel. Absolutely everything got where it is on a truck, usually running on diesel. So the cost to deliver everything is increasing. And you'll see that in the retail stores.
