  1. The best way to increase gas milage is properly inflate your tires and make sure that your air filter is clean. A clean air filter will also add to horsepower because good air is coming into your engine to mix with fuel to burn.
  2. Power Economy Chose one of the above. But the Dodge came standard with a catalytic converter, so why don't you have one?
  3. Well about the only thing I can say is if you want more power your going to give up gas milage. If you want something cheap and will help with gas milage go with a K&N air filter. It will give you a little bit more power when I mean Little bit I mean 1-2 HP if that but it will help in gas milage. In order to get more power it will take more gas to make that power. Well Ihope this helped you out.
  4. The tire thing makes sense, but, also check on those K&N air filters. They increase horses and get as good or better milage because of more efficient fuel burning.
  5. good answers already. the catalytic converter is designed to reduce unburned fuel being blown into the air. it uses a catalyst to help the unburned fuel to combust. it does not add horsepower. it actually takes a little bit away from both fuel economy and HP by restricting exhaust, if only slightly. still, i wouldn't remove one to increase HP. the tiny gain wouldn't be worth the effort, it will pollute more, and it's illegal. get a tuneup!
  6. A more free flowing exhaust, try headers.
