Why Are Gas Prices So High?

What 8-passenger SUV has the best gas mileage?

I currently am leasing a Yukon XL with ok mileage, and have to get it back to the dealer in less than a year. I was wondering if anyone knew of a new(er) 8-passenger SUV with better gas mileage. Most of the driving I do is on the highway, which is when I commute to work, 60 miles each way. Anything with over 18 highway is pretty good in my eyes. I need someone with experience of actually driving this car, not someone who just looked it up online because the car websites are not always (if ever) truthful.

1. actually you have about the best right now in a 8 passenger SUV there is,i own a 2000 model and it gets around 20 ,and that's not too bad considering what all it does,and most of the time its pretty well loaded when we use it,i considered trading it in but the newer ones aren't getting any better than that ,they will get as good as that one is,but probably no better,right now i think Chevy has most of the other ones beat on gas mileage,even on the 07,s but you,ll probably have to stay with a gm product if you want the mileage,good luck with it hope this helps.
